SO, SCREW THE GAMERS AND PEOPLE HUH?!
For years, corporations have acted like they could ignore gamers.
They decide what you can buy, what you can access, what you can keep, what gets taken away, and what happens when they change the rules after you've already paid, and how long you get to keep it—or whether you get to keep it at all. And we're expected to shut up, accept it, and move on.
NOPE!
The Washington State Digital Consumer Rights Committee exists to change that equation.
WE ARE NOT FUCKING AROUND

SO WHAT ARE WE DOING?
We're not interested in arguing about whether corporations should be nicer. We're interested in what the hell happens when the rules they control collide with the people affected by those rules. That's where the investigation begins.
We followed the evidence. We found a ton of the same patterns. We found contradictions. We found places where the system leaves consumers vulnerable. We dug through the policies, the terms they impose, the restrictions they create, the decisions they make, and the consequences consumers are left with.
Guess what? We didn't stop at what was obvious. We started looking for pressure points.
The more we connected the evidence, the more the picture changed. What looked like a collection of individual consumer complaints started revealing something much larger: a system with structural weaknesses.
That's where accountability comes in. We're not here to tell corporations how to run their businesses. We're here to determine what accountability looks like when corporate decisions have consequences for consumers.
That's consumer protection. That's corporate responsibility. And that's where the rules of the game start getting interesting.
Once you stop looking at isolated incidents and start connecting the dots, you start seeing the board differently. The pieces are there. The patterns are there.
WE FOUND THE WEAKNESS. OH BOY! THESE COMPANIES ARE IN DEEP SHIT!
We're not going to publish the playbook. Not yet.
They can read this site just like everyone else. That's fine. Let them wonder what we found. Let them wonder how far we've gone. Let them wonder what's coming.
We have enormous respect for Stop Killing Games and the people who put themselves behind that effort. They showed what happens when consumers organize, push back, and refuse to accept the status quo.
But we are not going to make the same fatal mistake they did.
We're taking a different approach.
We're not going to announce every move. We're not going to hand the opposition a roadmap. We're not going to reveal the mechanism before it's ready to be used.
That's why this is going to work.
We're keeping the details where they belong: inside the operation.
This is about doing the work, documenting the evidence, understanding the rules, finding where the system breaks down, and being ready when the time comes to act.
No spoilers. No advance warning. "Reach for the Sky."
The target is known.
JOIN THE OPERATION
We're building a legal NUKE.
Building something like this takes time, research, resources, and people willing to put something behind the cause. We'd rather be home playing GTA or Fallout. But somebody has to do this.
So here we are.
If you're serious about enforcing your rights, understand something now:
It's not free.
Your membership helps fund the work required to build what we're preparing. And you're not just helping pay the bills.
You're helping build it.

$10,000,000+
THE WAR CHEST
That's the operational scale we're building toward.
Not because the button itself costs $10 million.
Because everything behind that button does.
Research. Legal preparation. Professional services. Compliance. Communications. Technology. Operations. Contingency reserves. And the ability to withstand serious opposition and defend the operation when necessary.
We're not trying to raise enough money to get started.
We're building enough financial strength to NUKE these MUTHERFUCKERS, once and for all!
